Mirror your iPhone to a Android TV
Android TV has no built-in way to accept an iPhone screen. Vistacast provides both halves: a free receiver you install on the television, and an iPhone app that sends to it directly over your own Wi-Fi.

How to set it up
- Open Google Play on your Android TV and install Vistacast Receiver. It is free and has no ads.
- Install Vistacast on your iPhone from the App Store.
- Open the receiver on the Android TV and Vistacast on the iPhone, both on the same Wi-Fi network.
- Pick your Android TV from the list and tap Mirror screen.
There is no code to type, no account to create and no cable involved.

Requirement: An Android TV device on Android 6.0 or later. Your iPhone needs iOS 15 or later, and both devices must be on the same Wi-Fi network.
Worth knowing first
- It must be an Android TV, not an Android phone
- The receiver is built for televisions and is distributed only to TV devices. It will not install on a phone or tablet.
- Older boxes still work
- Android 6.0 dates from 2015, so even a fairly old Android TV box can run the receiver. Very old hardware may hold a lower quality level, which the app adjusts to on its own.
- Some networks block device discovery
- If the television never appears, the usual cause is a router setting called AP isolation, or a network that blocks the multicast traffic discovery depends on.
